Overview
The Security Flow NL-Message-Analysis node tests the enabled Message Analyzer configurations, which are limit to the specified Group, against incoming messages to make routing decisions.
Functionality
The Message Analysis node provides the following functionality:
- Routes messages through flows based on Message Analyzer configurations.
Flow Node
Group, against incoming messages to make routing decisions.
The display name of the node within the flows.
The group of Message Analysis configurations used within the node. If the Group does not match any existing or enabled configurations, this node will route out the default (last) Otherwise output.
The Output Name defines the label shown on the flow for the node. There must be at least two Outputs defined. Each output’s Operation defines the boolean logic rule applied to determine the output route.
-
Logical AND – If all matched Message Analyzers Output Rules matching the output index test
true, this output is taken. However, at least one Message Analyzer must have matched. -
Logical OR – If any matched Message Analyzers Output Rules matching the output input test
true, this output is taken. However, at least on Message Analyzer must have matched.
The first matching output, based on lowest output index, is chosen as the output route regardless of whether or not another output matches. If none of the Message Analyzer Output Rules match according to the Outputs‘ Operation, the message is routed out the default Otherwise output.
If Log Analysis is true, an analysis field is added into the msg.__sfMeta__ meta data object of the message to document the analysis steps performed.
