Using the Manage Users Screen

Manage Users Page

Select Administration on the left panel to expose a link to the Manage Users screen. The manage Users screen contains a layout showing each user in a row with seven columns of information.

Options
Actions available for this user: Blank-if the user using this screen doesn't have Permissions. Edit Icon - present if the user has User-Manage Permission. (See the User Roles and Permissions Page.)

Username/email
Value assigned when user was added.

Active
State of user account: Active or Inactive

First Name
Value assigned when user was added.

Last Name
Value assigned when user was added.

Superuser
Yes or No

Roles
Assigned roles are listed.

Create User

To create a new user entry, click on the Create User button in the lower right-hand corner of the page. (only present if the user has User-Manage Permission. (See the User Roles and Permissions Page). This will bring up the Create New User Page:

Edit User

To edit a user account, select the edit icon in the Action column for the user account you want to edit. Only present if the user has User-Manage Permission (See the User Roles and Permissions Page). This action will bring up the Edit Existing User page:
